（一）为向您提供中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部服务并确保您的用户和服务安全，在您使用"中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部平台"（以下简称"平台"）服务过程中，数据处理者会收集您在使用服务过程中主动输入或因使用服务而产生的信息：

当您在"中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部平台"注册用户、创建用户信息及完善企业名片时，数据处理者会获取您的电子邮箱地址、名字、姓氏、职务、语言、联系电话等信息以便进行平台企业信息管理并提供相应服务。
When you create a profile on the " BOC Trade Club platform" and register as a user and complete business card, the "data processor" will obtain your email address, first name, last name, language, contact details, and other information for managing Platform company information and providing services.
（二）当您使用平台服务时，为了维护服务的正常运行、保障您的交易安全，我们会收集您的电子设备信息（包括登录IP地址、接入网络的方式、类型和状态、网络质量数据等）、操作日志信息。这些信息是为您提供服务必须收集的基础信息，以保障您正常、安全使用数据处理者的服务。
When you use the BOC Trade Club platform service, in order to maintain the normal operation of the service and ensure the security of your transaction, we will collect your electronic device information (including login IP address, network access method, type and status, network quality data, etc.), operation log information. This information is the basic information that must be collected to provide you with services, so as to ensure your normal and safe use of our services.
（三）为了向您提供更优质的产品和服务，我们可能需要收集下述信息。如果您拒绝提供下述信息，不影响您正常使用以上平台基本业务功能，但平台将无法向您提供某些特定扩展功能和服务。

1.营销功能Marketing function
当您参加平台推广的营销、撮合等活动时，可能会收集您的公司名称、交易意向金额等用于数据处理者客户经理跟进服务。如拒绝提供该信息，您将无法使用上述服务，但这不影响您正常使用平台的其他功能。
When you participate in marketing or matchmaking activities via the Platform, the "data processor" may collect company name, transaction amount for PM following up. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use the following up service functions, but this does not affect your normal use of other functions of the BOC Trade Club platform.
2.反馈意见功能Feedback function
为了提升用户体验，提供更好的服务质量，降低风险，我们将向您提供更加安全、便捷、个性化的服务，我们会收集您的反馈意见/建议时提供的信息、您参与问卷调查时的反馈。
In order to improve user experience, provide better service quality, and reduce risks, we will provide you with more secure, convenient, and personalized services feedback.
（四）当您在中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部平台中使用第三方提供的服务时，为确保您可正常使用第三方提供的服务及权益，在经过您的单独同意后，第三方可能会获取您已在平台上提供的信息；对于您在跳转第三方服务后主动提供给第三方的相关信息，数据处理者将视为您允许该第三方获取上述此类信息；对于您在使用该第三方服务时产生的信息，应由您与该第三方依法约定上述信息的收集和使用事项。
When you use the services provided by a third party on the BOC Trade Club platform, in order to ensure that you can normally use the services and rights provided by the third party, after your express consent, the third party may obtain your information on the Platform; for relevant information that you actively provide to a third party after jumping to a third-party service, the "data processor" will regard it as you allowing the third party to obtain the above-mentioned information; for the information generated when you use the third-party service, you should separately agree with the third party on the collection and use of the above information in accordance with the law.
（一）Cookie
为确保服务正常运转，数据处理者会在您的计算机或移动设备上存储名为Cookie 的小数据文件。Cookie通常包含标识符、站点名称以及一些号码和字符。借助于Cookie，网站能够存储您的偏好数据。数据处理者不会将Cookie用于本政策所述目的之外的任何用途。您可根据自己的偏好管理或删除Cookie。您可以清除计算机上保存的所有Cookie，大部分网络浏览器都设有阻止Cookie的功能。但如果您这么做，有可能会导致与网络连接互动不畅。

数据处理者仅在履行法律法规、监管规定要求的最低期限内，以及为实现本政策声明的目的所必须的最低时限内，即您在平台使用期内，保留您的个人信息，当您注销用户并不再使用本平台后，数据处理者会对您的信息进行删除。
The "data processor" will only retain your personal information within the minimum period required by laws, regulations and regulatory provisions, as well as the minimum period necessary to achieve the purpose of this policy statement, that is, during your use of the platform, and when you cancel the user and no longer use the platform after exceeding the data retention period, the data processor will delete your information.

（二）如数据处理者提供的全部或部分平台业务停止运营，数据处理者相关产品或服务将通过公告等形式向您进行告知，同时停止相关产品或服务对您个人信息的收集等操作，保护您的个人信息安全。如因技术故障、网络攻击、自然灾害及事故、人为因素等各种原因造成全部或部分平台业务中断，数据处理者将采取应急处置和恢复措施予以应对，尽快恢复服务。
If all or part of the BOC Trade Club platform business provided by the "data processor" ceases to operate, the "data processor" will notify you of relevant products or services through announcements and other forms, and at the same time stop the relevant products or services from collecting your personal information and other operations. （四）请您理解，由于技术水平局限以及可能存在的恶意攻击，有可能出现数据处理者无法合理预见、防范、避免、控制的意外情况。互联网并非绝对安全的环境，请使用复杂密码和安全工具，协助数据处理者保证您的账号安全。
Please understand that due to technical limitations and possible malicious attacks, there may be unexpected situations that the "data processor" cannot reasonably foresee, prevent, avoid, and control. The Internet is not an absolutely safe environment, please use complex passwords and security tools to help us ensure the security of your account.
（五）如发生个人信息安全事件，数据处理者将按照法律法规的要求，及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，或采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时，数据处理者还将依据监管规定，上报个人信息安全事件处置情况。

（六）若用户因用户信息是在所在国以外的其他国家进行处理而不确定自己的税务或法律状态，则应单独听取意见。

（二）通过您授权，在数据处理者向您提供平台服务期间，数据处理者将持续收集和使用您的信息。在您注销服务时，数据处理者将停止收集您相关的个人信息，但数据处理者会在业务资料归档、审计、监管协查、履行反洗钱和制裁规定等领域继续使用此前收集的您的相关个人信息。
With your authorization, the "data processor" will continue to collect and use your information when we provide you with financial services. When you log out of the service, the "data processor" will stop collecting your relevant personal information, but the "data processor" will continue to use your previously collected relevant personal information in fields such as business data filing, auditing, regulatory assistance and investigation, and fulfillment of anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations.
（三）为提升您的产品或服务体验，或为防范风险，数据处理者会对服务使用情况进行汇总、统计分析、加工，但这些信息不会包含您的任何身份识别信息。

（四）为了使您知悉使用中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部平台产品或服务的情况或使您进一步了解平台服务，我行会向您发送服务状态通知以及相关产品或服务的商业性信息。例如，网站有内容更新时向您发出提醒（若用户已订阅该免费服务）。

（五）您授权同意的以及于法律允许的其它用途。

根据相关法律法规、监管要求及国家标准，为履行反洗钱等法定义务，以下情形中，数据处理者可能会收集、使用用户的相关用户信息无需征求用户的授权同意：
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and national standards, in order to fulfill legal obligations such as anti-money laundering, the "data processor" may collect and use relevant user information of users without the authorization and consent of users in the following circumstances:
（一）与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；

（二）与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；
Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
（三）与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的；
Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
（四）出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的；
For the protection of your or other personal life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
（五）所收集的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；

请您理解，数据处理者向用户提供的功能和服务是不断更新和发展的，如果某一功能或服务未在前述说明中且收集了用户的信息，数据处理者会通过页面提示、交互流程、网站公告等方式另行向用户说明信息收集的内容、范围和目的，以征得用户的同意。

按照中华人民共和国相关的法律法规和监管规定，数据处理者保障您对自己的个人信息行使以下权利：

（一）访问、更正及更新您的个人信息

您有权通过浏览器端登陆平台访问、更正、更新本企业及企业联系人您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。为了保证平台上的贸易伙伴及时联系到您的企业，建议您定期更新企业和联系人的联系信息。在您修改上述信息之前，平台会验证您的身份。
You have the right to access, correct and update your company information and contact information. through the browser channel of Platform， unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations，we recommend you update your company information and contact information in a timely manner in order to be found by other trade partners on Platform. Before your company information and contact information, we will verify your access.
（二） 删除您的个人信息
Delete your personal information
在以下情形中，您可以向我行提出删除个人信息的请求：
In the following circumstances, you can request to delete your personal information to us:
1. 如果我行处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；
If our bank's handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. 如果我行收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意；
If our bank collects and uses your personal information without your consent;
3. 如果我行处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定；
If our bank's handling of personal information violates the agreement with you;
4. 如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您已注销；
If you no longer use our products or services, or you have logged out;
5. 如果我行不再为您提供产品或服务。
If our bank no longer provides you with products or services.
如我行决定响应您的删除请求，我行还将同时通知从我行获得您的个人信息的实体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些实体获得您的独立授权。当您从我们的服务中删除信息后，我们可能不会立即在备份系统中删除相应的信息，但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
If our bank decides to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete them in a timely manner, unless laws and regulations provide otherwise, or these entities obtain your independent authorization. After you delete information from our service, we may not delete the corresponding information in the backup system immediately, but will delete the information when the backup is updated.
（三）个人信息主体解除服务

您通过中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部平台注销用户或通知我行客户经理删除用户，将视同您撤回了对我行中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部平台服务《隐私政策》的同意。当您收回同意后，我行将不再处理后续中国银行跨境贸易俱乐部平台服务相应的个人信息。但您收回同意的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。If you cancel a user through the BOC Trade Club platform or notify our Relationship Manager to delete the user, it will be deemed that you have withdrawn your consent to the Privacy Policy of the BOC Trade Club platform service. After you withdraw your consent, the platform will no longer process the corresponding personal information for the subsequent services of the BOC Trade Club platform. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.
（四）响应您的上述请求

为保障安全，您可能需要提供书面请求，或以其他方式证明您的身份。我行可能会先要求您验证自己的身份，然后再处理您的请求。请您理解，对于某些无端重复、需要过多技术手段、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际的请求，我行可能会予以拒绝。
For security purposes, you may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Please understand that our bank may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means, pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical.
尽管有上述约定，但按照法律法规要求，如涉及以下情形我行将可能无法响应您的请求：
Despite the above agreement, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, our bank may not be able to respond to your request in the following situations:
1. 与国家安全、国防安全相关的；
Related to national security and national defense security;
2. 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益相关的；
Related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
3. 与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等相关的；
Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
4. 有充分证据表明您存在主观恶意或滥用权利的；
There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
5. 响应您的请求将导致您或其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害的；
Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
6. 涉及我行商业秘密的；
Involving commercial secrets of our bank;
7. 为履行反洗钱和制裁规定。

（一）信息分享Information sharing
1. 除非获得您的单独同意或授权，数据处理者不会向其他任何公司、组织和个人共享或转让您的个人信息。
Unless we obtain your separately consent or authorization, our bank will not share or transfer your personal information to any other company, organization or individual.
2. 如业务需要对外共享或转让您的个人信息，我们会向您告知共享或转让个人信息的目的、数据接收方的名称或者姓名、联系方式、处理目的、处理方式和个人信息的种类，并征得您的单独同意。涉及敏感信息的，除上述之外，我们还会向您告知敏感个人信息的必要性以及对您个人权益的影响，并征得您的单独授权同意。

4. 根据法律法规和商业惯例，在合并、收购、资产转让等类似交易中，如涉及到个人信息转让，我行会要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受本隐私政策的约束，否则我行将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。

If you give BOC Personal Information about or on behalf of another person (including, but not limited to shareholders, principal executive officers, trustees and beneficiaries), you confirm that he/she is authorized to: (a) give BOC the Personal Information; (b) consent on their behalf to the Processing of their Personal Information, specifically any cross-border transfer of Personal Information into and outside the country where the products or services are provided; and (c) receive any privacy notices on their behalf.
